Talentia Software recognized in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises by Gartner Enhanced Visibility to Speed Talentia Software’s International Growth
Talentia Software, a publisher and integrator of specialised operational performance management software, is pleased to announce that, after carefully analyzing the entire Human Capital Management Suites market, Gartner has positioned them in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises, published on June 16, 2016 for its Talentia HCM Solution.
Gartner’s Magic Quadrant presents a strategic analysis of the main players in a market to provide an assessment of their strengths and capacities in terms of strategic vision, the company’s ability to execute and its completeness of vision.
Talentia Software, which develops and publishes business operational performance management solutions (CPM, Finances, HCM, HR…) under both license and SaaS delivery modes, will now have one of its strategic offers integrated to the market’s reference tool.
“We are delighted that Gartner’s analysts have recognized the Talentia HCM solution quality, allowing us to be included in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises.
“We believe this choice confirms and reinforces the efforts and investments made by our R&D teams to design and develop one of the 8 best HCM tools in its market. This important step will help us to develop and consolidate our international coverage and to win over new clients to join the 3600 corporations that already use Talentia’ solutions every day. Talentia HCM solution is perfectly adapted to their needs and integrates completely into their environments, particularly in SaaS mode hosted in the Cloud,” Franck Boutboul, COO of Talentia Software.
Talentia HCM is a flexible solution that adapts to market trends and changes; this is because it has a modular structure, can easily integrate with other systems and can adapt to client needs.
Multilingual, available under license or as SaaS, with Cloud hosting solutions, Talentia HCM today presents a unified, integrated HR Solution. The system can hold all of the processes that go into managing a company’s performance and enables HR Executives to analyze key HR information to manage the entire employee life cycle.
Talentia Software focused on strengthening its R&D teams which has allowed them to develop new disruptive approaches to the market with attention to remote working solutions and an incoming HR App for iOS and Android platforms. In order to reinforce its ability to execute, Talentia Software is also launching a very ambitious, international and multidisciplinary program of Customer Care to deliver the best possible service and support to its clients.

Having filled various commercial positions, he joined Oracle in 1993, where he served in particular as Vice-President of Industry, EMEA. He subsequently became Director of Sales for Southern Europe at Solectron, before joining HR Access in 2007 and climbing up the corporate ladder from “Director France” in 2008 to “General Manager EMEA” in 2010 and “Chairman & CEO” in 2012.

Ambitions to match strong potential
Talentia Software aims to become an essential international player in finance and HR software by preserving its fast and steady growth while protecting its basic principles: a product offer reflecting the best market standards, targeting medium-sized companies and major groups, while maintaining high profitability and steady growth in revenue.
More than ever before, Talentia Software is in perfect shape to continue its development. The group has perfected the enrichment and streamlining of its product offer, broken down into two complementary pillars (HR/HCM and Finance/CPM) while developing its SaaS offering and its abilities in terms of hosting and service management at the European level.
In particular, Franck Boutboul will be responsible for developing an indirect distribution network to win new market shares with targeted offers that are specially packaged, upgradable and in SaaS mode only.
While continuing its R&D investments, which already account for 15% of revenue, Talentia Software is actively seeking acquisition opportunities to complement its organic growth strategy and ensure fast development that would create significant value for the group.
In so doing, Talentia Software intends to strengthen its international presence, balance revenue between France and other countries (currently 75% and 25%) and acquire additional technologies or functionalities to consolidate its HR/HCM and Finance/CPM product offers.

UK recruitment and retention challenges met with launch of enhanced HCM offering from Talentia Software
Talentia Software, the award-winning supplier of business management solutions, is set to officially launch the evolution of its Human Capital Management (HCM) Recruitment offering, designed to equip organisations of all sizes with the ability to address a changing recruitment landscape and evolving candidate expectations.
With the UK Commission for Employment and Skills* finding that total UK job vacancies rose by 45% between 2009 and 2014, Talentia HCM meets the recruitment and retention challenges that many organisations now face as a single integrated application for the whole employee lifecycle.
The new Talentia HCM Recruitment module will be officially launched to an audience of 2,000 senior HR professionals at the CIPD HR Software Show 2015; an event that will also see Julie Windsor deliver an expert presentation on the need to future-proof HR software investment to meet anticipated corporate challenges.
“Identifying the right talent at the right time is essential for businesses of all sizes, as is the need to ensure that the recruitment outcome is fair for every applicant, regardless of whether or not they have been selected,” states Julie Windsor, Managing Director at Talentia Software UK. “Ensuring the onboarding process is professional, clear, simple and fast can be a sizeable obstacle to overcome without a comprehensive talent management suite by your side.”
Talentia HCM features dedicated analytics dashboards that clearly display talent, workforce, training and recruitment KPI information, tailored to business requirements. The solution also provides the capability for HR or recruiting managers to swiftly access a complete history of received CVs over the last three years, with a breakdown by month; an overview of the requested headcount by unit, reason and job family; and total job vacancy costs by year.
“Recruitment and talent management must be carefully considered from both an internal and external perspective,” adds Julie Windsor. “Central to the success of this is access to advanced analytics and the ability to quickly and visually drill down into performance against KPIs at all points within a business. Companies must put steps in place to retain key talent and high performers, as well as to understand the true cost of losing staff, including the impact on productivity.”
Closely integrated with professional social networking sites and linking directly to job boards for the posting of multiple vacancies, Talentia HCM Recruitment has been developed to save HR teams significant amounts of time. The enhanced offering also heralds a move away from manually reviewing CVs, by allowing criteria to be set and candidates to be filtered based on key skills and competencies. From a talent acquisition perspective, managers at different levels within the organisation can provide feedback to HR in terms of the workforce needs of their teams, with Talentia HCM Recruitment providing one workflow to support managers in their request for new people.
“Organisations must be agile and react rapidly to changes in the corporate environment in order to remain competitive, and a central facet of this is the successful onboarding of new talent,” states Fabio Cardilli, European Product Leader at Talentia Software. “We believe organisations will benefit from a tool that is truly integrated within a wider talent management solution, capable of not only boosting the employer branding to attract outside talent but also able to consolidate feedback from other HR processes, including performance reviews and career plans, to access the right external and internal talent at the correct time.”
Talentia’s enhanced HCM Recruitment offering is a comprehensive solution for HR and talent management. For more information about the business software solutions available from Talentia, visit www.talentia-software.co.uk.
