Renewed HR data approach with Talentia Core HR

Talentia Software adopts a new approach to enabling HR with Talentia Core HR, the system that mitigates organisations’internal boundaries and supports clients on their growth path

Talentia Software, a business software solutions vendor specialising in Financial Performance and Human Capital Management, announces the launch of its Talentia Core HR platform. This newly launched system combines centralised HR data management and future-proof organisational agility by providing a comprehensive, collaborative ecosystem. Putting the technological capability of SaaS and the Cloud to work for a company’s HR data and processes, Talentia Software has created an agile system, catering to employees, managers and HR. Spotlight on the platform that puts an end to the headache of time-consuming manual labour and situations “piling up”!

The backbone of a company’s HR data

Talentia Core HR brings a breath of fresh air to the in-house management of human resources data due to a flexible structure that is easy to use and compatible with third-party systems.

The application foundation, allowing flexible and collaborative management of all HR processes, facilitates the management of data, both at global and local level. The platform is the backbone of an ecosystem, able to centralise different sources such as HRIS, Payroll or Talent Management, to provide a clear view of the workforce in real time.

Talentia Core HR: the HR system for collaborative and agile businesses

Talentia Core HR supports the strategy of organisations and HR departments by allowing the simulation of change and adapting accordingly. Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service and HR administration is flexible and ensures that an organisation’s corporate strategy can be implemented in line with global and local requirements, yet allowing for a short path to active use of the system.

With increased visibility over their entire workforce, HR departments can conduct predictive analysis and optimise the management of their talent in a secure, GDPR-compliant environment.

Talentia Core HR reinforces employee and manager engagement by setting up personalised self-service systems and a natively embedded “HR Store”, using innovative and accessible e-services across devices. Users can easily take control of the management of their career and teams.

This platform gives HR teams a renewed sense of their mission. They can focus on the core responsibilities of their role, due to Talentia Core HR enabling them to transform and manage their processes in a self-sufficient and collaborative way.

The Key Features of Talentia Core HR include:

A platform that can be adapted to any organisation

Centralisation of all HR data repositories for a consolidated view of the workforce in real time

An overall view of data, taking account of specific local features and needs

Flexible administrative management linked to Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management as well as advanced capabilities for process configuration

Contextual and cross-functional analysis for managing, measuring and adjusting the deployment of HR and payroll policies

Personalised self-service systems to ensure the engagement and accountability of managers/employees through the HR e-services (“HR Store”)

Secure environment guaranteeing that data is controlled, traceable and reliable, and the protection of personal data in the framework of the GDPR

Native integration with Talentia Software HCM and Payroll solutions, and options to interface with third-party systems

“Talent management and the conversion of skills will be key elements in the competitiveness battle in the coming years. There is an ever-increasing amount of data, bringing its share of daily problems when it is not centralised but dispersed between entities, departments, modules and countries. The time involved is sometimes considerable for HR departments, which can no longer perform their primary mission of managing the company’s talent in the best possible way. We designed Talentia Core HR specifically to respond to the current challenges and anticipate the needs of future HR departments by providing a tool that is fluid and standardises and centralises all a company’s data, with flexibility and responsiveness in real time. By transforming the user experience and giving the power of data back to HR departments and employees, we have increased their capacity to engage, contribute and innovate. At the same time, we combine the company’s overall strategy with specific local circumstances, while adhering to safety and compliance regulations,” says Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro, President of Talentia Software.

“Talentia Core HR is the result of 3 years of investment in R&D and marks our technological development, our commitment to SaaS and Cloud technologies and our desire to provide the most advanced HR data management system on the market by deploying a comprehensive and collaborative HR ecosystem,” concludes Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro.

Talentia Software announces the appointment of Nadine Carapetian to a new post as Services Director Europe

Talentia Software, the publisher of specialised corporate performance management software, announces the appointment of Nadine Carapetian, previously Managing Director France, to the newly created post of Services Director Europe

A new, cross-cutting department dedicated to globalising our service offering and customer satisfaction

As part of its increasing internationalisation, with a direct presence in six countries and the development of a network of partners, the Talentia Software group is creating a European Services department, whose main role will be to accompany the transformation and globalisation of the group’s service offerings, strengthen their coherence and ensure their harmonisation. It will also be responsible for the organisation, development and deployment of the “Customer Satisfaction” department and for creating and setting up a Talentia University project.

Nadine Carapetian, who also joins the Group’s board, has been Managing Director France since January 2015 and was previously Talentia Software’s Services Director in France for eight years.

“I am delighted to be taking on these new European responsibilities to support the globalisation of Talentia Software’s Services offerings and develop one of the group’s three strategic priorities – customer satisfaction – at the international level,” says Nadine Carapetian.

“Nadine’s indisputable, long and solid experience in Talentia Software’s service activities, her commitment to customer satisfaction and her unfailing investment in activities in France made her the natural choice for this position, in an environment she knows perfectly,” continues Franck Boutboul, COO of Talentia Software. “We are delighted that Nadine has agreed to tackle this new challenge and we are confident that she is the best person for this highly strategic post for the group.”

Reaffirming a European ambition

Talentia Software is pursuing its ambition of becoming a key European player in corporate performance management for businesses in Europe, with expertise in two main areas: dedicated financial management software on the one hand (accounting, reporting, budgeting and consolidation), and Human Resources (payroll and human capital management) on the other.

The group realised €55,4M in 2016 and has a direct presence in six European countries. It is currently deploying an indirect distribution and integration network to strengthen its position in its current territories and expand into other European countries.

The group is implementing three strategic priorities: growth and deployment, by strengthening its positions in countries where Talentia Software has a direct presence (France, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece); the development of its indirect network, the Global Partner Channel; and as always, innovation: the group continues to invest at least 15% of its turnover in R&D.

Today Talentia Software also announces the appointment of Xavier Daguzan to the post of Managing Director France to replace Nadine Carapetian.

Having filled various commercial positions, he joined Oracle in 1993, where he served in particular as Vice-President of Industry, EMEA. He subsequently became Director of Sales for Southern Europe at Solectron, before joining HR Access in 2007 and climbing up the corporate ladder from “Director France” in 2008 to “General Manager EMEA” in 2010 and “Chairman  & CEO” in 2012.

I am very pleased to welcome Franck Boutboul at Talentia Software. He is an outstanding professional with a shrewd understanding of the market and has carried out large-scale projects for leading software providers,” said Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro, President of Talentia Software. “Franck will assist me with the group’s day-to-day management and contribute his vast expertise to help us to expand and to open new avenues of growth while supporting the development of all our European subsidiaries.

More than ever before, Talentia Software is in perfect shape to continue its development. In particular, Franck Boutboul will be responsible for developing an indirect distribution network to win new market shares with targeted offers that are specially packaged, upgradable and in SaaS mode only.

In so doing, Talentia Software intends to strengthen its international presence, balance revenue between France and other countries (currently 75% and 25%) and acquire additional technologies or functionalities to consolidate its HR/HCM and Finance/CPM product offers.

North East Autism Society selects Talentia’s HCM software solution

North East Autism Society is a registered charity approaching 35 years’ experience in providing autism specific services. The charity was founded in 1980 by a group of parents whose children were diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). They provide a wide range of services for people of all ages who have an ASC condition in the North East of England, including education, training, employment opportunities, social and leisure activities, residential and short break placements.

A 630 employee business, North East Autism Society was looking for a HR software system to manage their core HR administration including absence management, performance appraisal process, recruiting, training, succession planning, salary analysis and talent management.

A highly regulated business, North East Autism Society, pays close attention to the training and development of their staff. Particularly important is the ability of the HCM software system to include fields and screens to reflect the Single Central Register, a legislative report which is required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted on a regular basis.

Particularly important to them was our experience in HR and the suitability of the HR software solution for not for profit organisations. North East Autism Society were also encouraged by our partnership approach and customer focused strategy.

North East Autism Society’s Head of HR, Michelle McCairns explains “We selected Talentia for one reason. Flexibility. Both of the product and the implementation team. From the start they have offered a unique opportunity to work with them in partnership, rather than the traditional supplier and client relationship. Their customer centric approach really made them stand out from the crowd.“

Talentia Software’s Managing Director, Julie Windsor comments, “We are delighted to be working with North East Autism Society. The opportunity to work with more not for profit organisations and grow and enhance Talentia HCM to better suit the market is great for Talentia. “

Talentia Software announces growth in turnover and earnings

Strong international growth continues in software and services.

Talentia Software, a leading supplier of HR and finance software, announces a rise in its overall turnover of 1.2%, to € 54.3M, matching the Group’s forecasts. The EBITDA is at € 10.3M compared with € 10.1M in 2013. (Unaudited figures)

“Our earnings are in line with our targets, for the 8th consecutive year, despite an economy still unfavourably impacted by the crisis; these earnings validate the Talentia Software Group’s strategic decisions,” according to Bernard Peugnet, Group CFO. “Our subsidiaries are moving ahead steadily and provide the necessary foundation on which we can base our future growth with our product line which, thanks to our 90 employees in our R & D department, is constantly evolving to suit market needs.”

Start of a readjustment: International Software and Services

Historically present in France with both software solutions and services, Talentia Software is now undertaking a strategic readjustment with two main focuses: international growth that is both organic and open to acquisition opportunities, and progress in its core business, the development and provision of software solutions for all markets in which the Group operates.

This readjustment began in 2014 with 24.8% of turnover coming from international activities, which is expected to double in the medium term, whereas licence sales are up 6.6% overall, with a growth in turnover from recurrent activities going from 25.1M to 25.7M Euros (+2.3%), and in particular continued growth in SaaS (Software as a Service), which rose by 10.3% to more than 6.6M Euros.

These completely integrated, modular Talentia Software solutions, perfectly suited to clients’ needs, are available in multiple languages through a SaaS or licence model.
